Sister Mama is a space for exploring gentle and nourishing ways to be in our bodies.

Hello, my name is Francesca. I experienced a pregnancy loss and spent many hours researching the miracle of our bodies and why they sometimes seemingly fail us. The internet is a daunting place, but I discovered some gems to help me work through my grief and reframe my outlook. My wanderings even lead me to enroll in a certification program with the Nutritional Therapy Association. While working through all of this, many friends asked what I was learning. I decided to create a public space (this newsletter) to capture these learnings hoping that it would empower other sister mamas. My wildest dream is that it will help sister mamas navigate their preconception and wellness journeys and avoid the complications I experienced.
